Net Asset Value Restatement for Simplify Tara India Opportunities ETF (IOPP)

NEW YORK – Simplify Asset Management Inc. announces that the previously disclosed net asset value (NAV) per share of the Simplify Tara India Opportunities ETF (NYSE Arca: IOPP) from March 28, 2024 to April 19, 2024, has been restated effective April 23, 2024, as follows:
The NAV adjustment is a result of incorrect capital gains tax accrual processing.
