NEW YORK – Simplify Asset Management Inc. announces that the previously disclosed net asset value (NAV) per share of the Simplify US Equity PLUS Upside Convexity ETF (NYSE Arca: SPUC) on February 21, 2025, has been restated effective February 21, 2025, as follows:
