Net Asset Value Restatement for Simplify Market Neutral Equity Long/Short ETF (EQLS)

NEW YORK – Simplify Asset Management Inc. announces that the previously disclosed net asset value (NAV) per share of the Simplify Market Neutral Equity Long/Short ETF (NYSE Arca: EQLS) on April 3, 2025, has been restated effective April 4, 2025, as follows:   
 

The NAV adjustment is a result of incorrect price feed from a counterparty.
